Established approximately in 1992 by Marvin Bryant and other missionaries working with him. Marvin would make 3 month trips to Kremenchuk.  The largest church, the Central Church of Christ, is about 50 members in the city itself.  There are two other churches in neighboring communities that are 15 to 25 members.

In 1993, Lena Kozlova, of Kremenchuk came to York College and was instrumental in taking a group of college students back to her Motherland in 1996 to teach in the local school system about America and to teach the Bible.  This ministry has opened many lives to the Good News of Jesus!

In the summer of 2000 I, Doug Berry, went on this mission for 6 weeks with three York College students.  I have been changed forever!  I believe that I must answer this door of opportunity that God has put before me.
